Italy: The Bardini Museo

Stefano Bardini was a collector and antiquities dealer who bequeathed his collection to Florence after his death.  The gallery houses an impressive collection of rugs, statues, armour, chests, and paintings, including the famous San Michele Arcangelo Abbatte il Drago by Antonio Pollaiolo.

I think my favorite part was the horse’s armour.

    • It all depends on the museum. Some are very strict, others don’t really watch you (so you can do it secretly), and others just let you take pictures. It helps to have a cell phone, that’s all I’ll say…
