Most of us would be upset if we were accused of being “silly.” But the word “silly” comes from the old English word “selig,” and its literal definition is “to be blessed, happy, healthy and prosperous.” – Zig Ziglar

I started this blog to be cliché and track my the progress I made on my “happiness project”, however most of the time I end up posting recipes and random musings about my goals and life.  I update irregularly but I accept comments and questions 7 days a week.  I write fiction, attend college, work full time, and dream about traveling the world (and reminiscing about the months I spent in Firenze).  I swear, at some point I will start planning out these posts ahead of time so I can take better pictures.  As it is, I finish cooking and sit down to take a bite before remembering I might want to show the rest of you what I did, so I apologize ahead of time for the poor lighting. 🙂
